Default how to read hangar 9 voltmeter

Hello Guys.

I just got myself a new digital variable load voltmeter.I was using a Hobbico meter that give you a big (OK) if it's safe to fly so i never really look at the number. With the hangar 9 meter there is not big(OK) so now i need to know at what voltage it to low to fly and i should recharge.
I'm using and 4.8 to power the spark plug and i already no i should not fly if it dips below 5.0volt
and with li Ion, i think, you should not fly below 7.2
But i don't know at what voltage is to low for a 5cell 6.0 volt pack.
Also guy the volt meter has 3 different loads. .5A,1A and 2A how do i use these loads and what i'm i looking for.

Thanks
Verne
