short answer: Yes and Yes...

Long answer: The NT 16 and OS 18 CVRX have nearly identical exhaust ports. The cen header will bolt right up (just have to cut one of hte bolt shorter), then just hook up your tuned pipe instead of the cen one.
The 2 speed clutch bell fits perfectly, as long as you get the OS .18 CVRX and NOT the CVRX (S)
