Go to this thread, "RED" is selling them from a web site he just opened up. RC groups discussion has a ton of info on the 13" micro rigger "DEPRON RIGGER". Just search it out.

Basically you need good batteries, a good motor and speed control suited for hull size and type of performance you desire. Anything above 6 cells I reccommend using a separate Rx battery. You need a driveline, flex shaft is simple, efficient and handles alot of power, a flex coupler or similar, running hardware: strut, strut mount and rudder, and prop. A charger is required, and don't forget the radio. Servo linkage is pretty easy, piano wire....oops, a motor mount would help too.

But the above mentioned Depron Rigger comes as a "limited" Kit and requires some extra parts, but Red tells you where to get those too. Fast little sucker made for all out speed, ovals.
