Guys,
I'm using Futaba 9201's for the Ailerons and Elevator halves. I run a 4.8 volt 1400 mah pack with no problems.
I have (1) Futaba 9303 on the rudder. I did have 2 on the rudder at first but this was over kill.

I would think the 9202's would be fine for the elevators and ailerons. Give them a try to see. If you need more torque later you can take them out and swap. It's not fun but it's a thought.

Horn selection in my opinion should be no closer to the surface than 3/4" inch. Anything closer and you loose torque/leverage.
I like the Robart horns with clevis's. It comes with 2-56 or 4-40 clevis's. I use 4-40 of course for the Giant.
