It could be a couple of different ones.

Norm Johnson made a rivets a couple years back and this might be one of them. (most likely this is the case)

A second option is someone might have converted a QM15 Latsha rivets. Chip Hyde did this several years ago using a napier wing. This wing doesn't look like the Napier plan form so, I would guess it is the Norm Johnson version.
