Default RE: Comp-ARF Mig 15

Thanks Guys,

I am near ready to maiden my C-Arf Mig 15. Rene Alvarez performed a beautiful build of the model. Now reading these comments though, I think I will strengthen the main gear mounts and maybe move the elevator servos out to the stabs. Before reading, I thought I was just due to fine tunning the radio setup and then test running the Artes Falcon turbine.

Please post some comments on flight conditions and CG
1. Where is CG supposed to be at?
2. If using speed brakes, is there a nose-down tendancy?
3. Any flight mixes with activation off speed-brakes or flaps?
4. What are some typical control surface throws?

I am using the 9WCII and have the following setup
1. Ailerons (Y-harness together) (9151's)
2. elevator (Y-harness with servo reverser) (9650's)
3. Throttle
4. Rudder (9151)
5. Gear (Gear switch, small upper right)
6. Flaps (Y-harness) (Tall Left 3 positions switch)
7. AUX 1: wheel brakes, Brakes, (right slider)
8. AUX 2: Nose gear steering (Left Dial
9. 9th channel (Speed Brakes, top left little switch)

No mixes setup yet for various flight settings.

Thanks!!
Jim
