Im not too familiar with teh Z-drives but with the materials that they make gears out of yes. If they are a composite black plastic use Synthetic Team Losi White Grease "clearer". If they are a White Composite gear use Team Losi White Grease "foggy looking". If they are a metal of any sort I would reccomend a LITTLE Syl-Glide. These greases provied good protection without slowing down the drive trains too much. Is it hooked to a Nirto engine or electric motor?
