OK, so I'm going to use the base coat/clear coat system for my next painting project and I can't seem to figure out the PPG Concept vs. Omni stuff. I have some of the Omni basecoat in the col,ors I need and I think a friend has some of the Concept clear (I think its Concept). Can I use that over the Omni basecoat, or do I need to get the Omni clear coat stuff too?

Anybody have a source for Omni paints in less than 1 quart quantities? Also, anybody know the Omni number that is the closest match to International Orange (F.S. #12197)?
