Well, I got the Omni white base coat for $25.00, so that's not too bad. Whether I use the Omni base for the International Orange or not is another question. I did find out that I can put the Concept 2021 clear coat over the Omni base, so that's what I will do, after the orange and markings are on. Thanks for the help guys!
