GWS E-Starter or Slow Stick can be flown in pretty tight quarters. Electric helicopters can also be flown in small areas once you get used to them. I fly my Blade CX in my living room.
When you get good you can fly almost any aerobatic electric in your yard, but that takes quite alot of skill.
