I've noticed that flying a small airplane in close quarters takes more concentration than flying bigger faster planes. With a bigger plane in a wide open area you have moments where you can fly straight and relax for a few seconds. This is especially important if you have a "close call" you can level out regain your composure. But with a smaller plane in a smaller area you don't have any time to catch your breath. Especially if you're flying indoors.
