My 58 would whistle when I flipped the prop I found the screws that hold the backplate/carb mount to be loose.


And I am a little disappointed with their service as well. My 58 ate the ring after less than 5 gallons sent it in for service and got it back in 4 business days....I thought that was great they replaced the ring , piston, base gasket, and carb all under warranty. I went to fire it up this weekend and it ran great for less than 1 minute, there is now a gash in the side of the piston 1/8 of an inch wide by over an inch long....back to horizon I'll see what happens.
