if I buy li-pos I need a balancer??
No. You do not. The effectiveness of a balancer is currently being debated. Some say it works, some say it is useless.
Do not overdrain the LiPo's, and like Mugen said, charge them at 1x their capacity (2500mah=2.5a charge rate) on a Lipo charger. They will serve you well.
