Hello Tom
Even though I am new here to RCU I can easily answer that question for you since it is no big secret. $1500 give or take to split between JetCat, JetCat USA and the final retailer. Because of the volume they produce turbines, and that they make most parts inhouse, JC can produce engine for around 1000 Euro which is equal to about $1000 dollars. Most people does not know this, but it does not cost more to produce a P80 than a P120 or even a P160. That is also why JC is stopping sales of P80 in germany, because why produce an engine that cost the same as the big moneymakers.
Hope this helps understanding the economics of turbine making.
