Default beginner glow plane suggestions...

ok everyone, i have an aerobird challenger. and its very hard to fly in texas wind. i was told that size, weight and motor power make all the difference in the wind. im leaning twards a glow plane but a powerful electric (if it works well in wind) will be ok too. any suggestions on a reasonably priced glow trainer plane or trainer electric that performs well

thanks in advance
