Question number two is about which prop to use. I have a MDS .78 Pro engine that I will be using on my P-51D. The suggested 2 blade prop range is
12 x 8 to 13 x 8. Would you just go ahead & use a 2 blade or go for the more scale look & use a 3 blade? If so what size 3 blade would I use for this engine, & would I loose performance by doing so? Again thanks in advance.


P.S. I'm not using the MDS because it is the engine that I want to put in this bird. I am using it because I don't have the money for the 4-stroke that I would like to put in it right now & I got this engine for an extremely good price. It is just like new, being used not much more than enough to get it broken in. It runs very well & idles great with gobs of power so I went ahead & got it for now.
