I see. Well, they were answering the phone today, and they got those e-mails out. Nikki said something had been wrong with their server.
But still no reply to the support ticket or a direct e-mail I sent to their contact address after five days. You'd think they'd be more on top of things having a storefront and all, but obviously not.
I sent my bad wireless camera kit back, but given the issues so far, I'm considering not getting another one.
Oh, and incidentally, I also today had dealings with Horizon Hobby. They were
very professional, quick and courteous. I'm going to order stuff from then whenever possible, even if it's a little more.
