If you didn't get the wing tank, then did you get the bypass? You should have gotten one or the other according to the instructions.

Also, I think you need to download the instructions (go here: http://www.composite-arf.com/ar/Product?671000 and click on the Download Instructions link). I doubt they will send them to you if they aren't in the kit...
