i replace the bushing at the bottom of the shock about once every 16 race days, also replace shock oil at the same time. ive been running the same aluminum clutch shoes on one motor for over a year, they have no sign of wear. i replace CB bearings once every 3 race days, and clutch springs about every 10. to my knowledge flywheels never wear out. the rest of the stuff you mentioned i would replace as it wears out. but one of my cars i have been racing 2 days a week for over a year and havn't worn any of those items yet.
