It's not a bad deal. I got my Tiger 1 From Hobbytron with the plastic gears the cost was $88 after shipping, then I got the full metal upgrade kit from Mato toys which cost me $86 and the time to remove and install the parts plus here some time I'm going to take it all apart and paint it.
