Default RE: Chip Hyde's Cap-X - Building & Flying

Emvin, I have a OS 160 in mine and it has lots of power. Will clime at 3/4 thro and can hang on prop little over half. So if the OS 160 has enough power I know the Saito 220 will do very well. I myself was thinking about the Saito 220 but went looked at fuel and what I go through with on my Saito 100 I went with a 2 stroke.

ORIGINAL: EMVIN

Any reports on the cap x with a saito 220? I have had this plane for a few months now but been on another project. This one is going together this week am just waiting on servos Hitec 5985's all around. Chip Hyde e-mailed me on that combo and says its perfect. Should weigh about 11.5lb+/-. I'm thinking about replacing the stock landing gear with carbon fiber as well. Any feedback??? EMVIN
