Look on www.PLProd.com and look in the Concours section. There were a couple of pattern planes that looked like they were 2 meter that were electric. I think the people that flew them were German. Check it out, it looked pretty neat.
Yes, they are "E-Factors" as spoken above. The pictures come from the Romilly international F3A competition, actually Europe's leading F3A comp with such pilots as CPLR, Wolfgang Matt etc. Michael Ramel was flying there with one of the E-Factors entries. They are competitive F3A 2-meter pattern planes of their own right.
