Too many details are left out. For starters--Does the tail respond properly when the Heli is rotated by hand? Is the pitch change in the proper direction? Is the tail rotor rotation direction correct? Is the tail servo plugged in? re the servo & Gygo good, etc. etc. etc.....

Realistically, got to give as much data as you can for someone to help.
