I don't think so. So lemme try to get this straight. Your tail doesn't spin UNTIL you leave the ground? Does it slowly pick up with head speed? Does it just come out of no where? Is there wobbling or "wagging" before the tail spins? Give us a list of events leading to the tail spin (if there are any more to be added). I think the 190 should at the very least work OK, but other wise I'm stumped unless you've got more detail.
