I personally think it is going to be a great engine. I hear guys raving about other engines. In todays world, it is possible to have multiple manufacturers building engines with similar power. How much more power can you get out of a 50CC engine anyway without harming the reliability? I have not seen anywhere where DA claimed excessive performance figures to make people think this engine is more powerful than it is. Another thing, we will all have to wait and see how the engine really runs. Never know, the performance figures released could be conservative.

I have looked at ZDZ, Brison, BME, and DA. I just like the DA. It's made in America, support is great, and lots of the top dogs have them. I am not saying anything negative about the others. It's just my preference. I think it will be worth the wait and during this time of year, the plane can just sit until the engine arrives.

I will probably use a 22x10 Menz or 3W prop. I will also try the 24x8 and see how it does.
