As much as I like Cubs, the suggestion above regarding the 110 Rascal is a good one. I have the 40 size, love the heck out of it and fly it all the time, a very easy plane to fly. I'd looked at the 110 and wanted to fly one to see if it was anything like the 40 size. Went to a fly-in on July 4th, and a guy had the 110 with a G-26. For a plane not advertised to be a great aerobat, it amazed me what he did with it. Rolling circles, Harrier, flat spins, knife edge, and he'd come down the runway on one wheel with the wingtip about an inch off the ground. He let me fly it, and I honestly think it flies more easily than the 40 size. It will fly almost at walking speed but will haul butt if you want. It would make an awesome floatplane.
