Yes and no. There is a 3/4 inch differnce between the Left Ail and Right Ail when centered and trim set to 0 & here's the kicker when both Ailerons are inline with the wing tips. So anotherwards everything set to zero and ailerons aligned with the wing tips when you stand back from the wing you will see at-least a 3/4 difference between right & left ailerons.

If I understand you correctly when you have the TX ail stick centered and the ail trim centered one of the aierons is properly at the neutral position and the other is 3/4 off neutral. Or are both of them not neutral?
