Hi Jack!

Sandor: Now I got it. You were refferring to Dave's model with all the standard parts. Man, that would be a Bandit-killer with your mods and a 120 in it . Time for a few "Sorry Bob!" stickers How much does that Fadec weight? Would be nice to know, I have never had one on my scale....

As to your knife-edge "problem": Even almost every pattern plane needs some mixing for perfect knife-edge flights. If you break your test-pilots thumbs, he might have the right stick-positions for knif-edge flights without any electronical mixing. We use a big hammer as a human-mixing-device. I can send it to you for your next test-flights

David
the ecu weights 30 gram incl sticker!

and it does not blow up with normal valves
just with a few chinese one,s where the current goes over 5 amps

Knife edge: well you could be right no idea.

as for bandit i am almost sure that someone had a close peep to some of its profiles and looks.
it sure is fast as one.

you right about the turbine
if you want lots of stuff for the buck go for a JC p-80.
i have to admit that even i could sell you one, since i deal graupner.
however i am glad Als hobbies has taken over the JC p-80 sales or market .............

if you want to go for strenght , weight , funfactor , quality
go for the one i have builded a bit more expensive but 100% fun.
we also went for the cheaper Hitec servo,s the HS 5945 MG
where my choice , they work fine on all
and saves you a load on jr,s

maybe with the price difference of the JR/graupner one,s and hitec
one could get a Wren Supersport for the difference.
