thanks for the reply guys, theres just one thing i forgot to check before i yapped on in my post.... the motor's turning direction doesnt make sense at all! the motor itself is turning clockwise viewed from the back, which doesnt lend itself well to having the truck also turn clockwise , it should have made the truck twist the other way, so yeah i think ima gonna try out new diffs or summat and see if that fixed the problem

but its interesting tho, are there really cars , where the motor either faces the front or the rear, when you accelerate hard enough you can cause the entire car to twist clockwise or counterclockwise(imagine holding a motor freely in your hand and suddenly giving full throttle)... it happens to onroad cars or something?
