Are you suggesting that reaching down in the fuselage to the same point where you could loop a rubber band around a pair of J hooks would be easier to place a bolt through a fender washer, much less get that bolt started before you put a 1/4" drive ratchet (where you will probably have to have one hand holding the ratchet onto the bolt and the other one working the ratchet back and forth)....easier?

And you have to do it twice![X(]
