Hello everybody!

I'm wondering how to make a scale instrument panel to my 1/4 scale plane. All meters should have a spigot aroung the glass, that round spigot is guiding the meter to the panel hole (assemled from the back side of the instrument panel). Does anyone have good tips how to make those meters with spigots? Any source for commercial parts?
