I have never seen or even heard of this. I can't even think of how it would happen as these engines have very little torque and rev to the moon.

Even in full scale it is not possible to lift one side of the car up from engine torque. Plus the suspension absorbs any of this.

Do you have a video of this occuring?

its 100% posible for full size car to do that its from the tires when they grab the pavement really good even full size cars will do wheelies but when the frame is not renforced it will twist heres a van doing a wheelei but the frame did not twist wish i could explain with more detaile try googleing it
