I would stay away from the no names on that page. Go for something by AquaCraft or Traxxas. If price is an issue then get one used off EBAY. One of the nicer boats out there is the AquaCraft super vee 27". It's one of the fastest out of the box and you'll get a lot more entertainment for your $.
