My experience with Mecoa is that their tongues can be rather forked, don't know if he made the pistons, either. Just because he said so, does not make it so. Remember....he told you before he made the engine from the ground up, no?
At any rather, whoever made the piston...like I said...the "K&B" 18 is a Toki engine.
And I would GUESS this "Picco" 06 is a Toki 06, too. Look at the pics of both. Toki makes engines for lots of people, why not the Italians?
And as far as RPM figures, well, car engines list outrageous figures that can be attained with a flywheel and no load...like someone else pointed out...wait to see what it will do with a PROP.
