I couldn't stand it any longer, and had to order another tank. I bet the wife is going to REAL pleased this time (she's still not happy about the first one). It came down to four tanks, and I chose the Pershing. It was between the Pershing, the Walker Bulldog, the Panther, and a 1/6 scale Stuart. I went with the Pershing because of the better track design (I am having problems with my Tiger), and I wanted another "heavy" tank -- especially an American one. I already have modifications in mind for the Pershing. The Bulldog I would probably leave close to stock -- which is why I didn't buy it this time. I have some awesome ideas for the Panther. The Stuart, I'm not sure about -- I just want it because it's big. But I don't know how good a tank it is, it does use the unusal 12 V electronic system, and I'm not sure it would be as fun to operate. So, looks like I'm getting a Pershing!!! I ordered the tank from Hobbytron again with 2 day shipping, and I'm still getting it for less than 90 bucks. Unless someone beats me to it, this tank may be destined for my recently discussed "tiger-stripe" paint scheme.
