the gas that flows from choking has nothing to do with gas supplied by pumping - is the line which goes from crankcase to carb free and clear and connected?
The line is connected and free of obstructions, I tried blowing in to the tube connected to the carb as I have heard that the fuel jet can become stuck, and that did not help either. It seems weird, I have spark because I can see a little smoke coming from the muffler after vigorous starting attempts, and it is getting some fuel, but still does not run.
