Next time you try to start it, take the fuel line off after it pops and keep trying..This will keep it from getting too rich....If the needle is leaking it should start and run for a few seconds, then die..Can't hurt anything, at least you'll maybe find the problem...
Set both needles 2 turns out before you crank it....
