well, mine is being a PITA to start I choke it and it just won't pop, 3....6....10 flips and gas is pouring out of the carb after a couple flips, I have pulled the plug and it is not flooded, it seems like it should be though, and I have checked spark it seems to have a much stronger spark when turning on or off the ignition, than during normal operation, guess that's why it wants to pop when i turn it on or off, It really shouldn't be this difficult to start a brand new engine.

also when I have miraculously gotten it to run it only runs for a few seconds at idle and dies or dies when trying to advance the throttle.
