You might want to use another type of retracts. Those Old Kraft Multicon electric retracts are heavy...and slooooow to operate, which is not good if you have a flame out. It takes several seconds for the gear to cycle. If I remember right, somewhere about 15-20 seconds. I used then in an old TROUBLEMAKER pattern plane...many years ago!
