When I flew my Sig 1/4 scale clipped wing, I used a servo on each elevator half. Actually, it's a good insurance practice for any plane.

Take a look at the HiTec HS 425 BB, or the HS 625 MG. Big torque in a standard size package. And of course, they are Futaba compatable.
