I don't like rusty's, but a stock jato isn't to special either. My friend has a stock rusty and it's okay I guess. The jato probably would be better for bashing because it has better acceleration and better top speed, it also has the 2 gears which is kind of fun. If you were ever going to race you would need that OS18 for sure though.
