NO, i had probs too, and I sent it in. I then listened to Snipin Willy's advice from the manual, and guess what it wroked! I might be wrong, but 90% of the time, the owner of the evader doesn't breakin the diff or tighten it like they're supposed too. [>:]
I acutally wen through 4 diff gears and 2 idlers. I know what I'm taling about. I haven't broke one in 2 gallons.
