Default RE: Top Flite Kits

Airbatic here,

I built their Stinson Reliant, SR-9. Where do I start to answer your question. If you have a few kits under your belt, you're ready for the Stinson. Plans and instructions matched. Wood smelled fresh. Nothing broken or missing.

One thing in peculiar of wing panel assembly kept speaking 'fit parts, fit parts, fit parts', and no mention to apply glue. And at the end of the section they say, 'now get out the CA glue.' I thought my goodness, they think CA glue is OK? Not me wood glue and expoxy and I glue as I go.

Also stated 'the struts are non-fuctional' so I left mine off. I actually like my Stinson without the struts

Have fun.
