I went just to spectate...much like I have for the past 4 years. My observation was that indeed it was out off control. Unleashed dogs being only a small problem. At one point, all pilots were grounded because there was far too many transmitters turned on. Using a scanner, they were able to detect more chanels in use than there were radios checked out of the impound. Not a good situation, and completely unnecessary. I will return however because it is still a great show, and today there was a big crowd...just wish it weren't so dang hot!
