Futaba 2PH = $40 (this is the absolute bottom of radios, its very relible and i used one in my buggy for over a year fine, but there are much better radios)
There thats exactly $350 about $75 bucks more will get you some preatty good servoes, and your ready to go. This car definetly meets all your requirments, and the OS rg is the operfect engine for you, relieble, powerful, and preatty fast all in one package.
You still need a starter box about ($70), shock oil (about $15), diff oil (about $20), paint ($10), glow ignitor($20), reciever pack ($30), servos ($60 at the least) and tire glue ($7). Theres probably more that I'm missing as well. I never heard of the futaba 2PH but at long as its reliable then why not go for that.

I'd go for chrpwrs deal!
