Nickolas, when you noted you set three control modes for different flying.
So Normal is what the manual instructs I presume. High rate or low rate?
Snap Mode : is this less or more control throw then normal?
Spin Mode : is this less/more then normal? and/or Snap Mode?

Normal: Recommended high rates
Snap: Normal Ail, Lower El, Lower Rud
Spin: Lower Ail, Higher El, Normal Rud
I hope this helps, try to play with percentages etc. in order to find the modes that suit to your flying style.
