I'm just pondering what to do while you get your Chipmunk up and flying. I'll probably go with your setup sans the lipos you chose. I have a lot of planes that I'm trying to use the TP's on. So the 3 cell TP's remain my current choice and the price of lipos under 20C are dropping. The lipos will be the last purchase. The motor depends on how yours works out.
