Bending the landing gear forward so that the center line of the wheel is in line with the leading edge helps with grass runways. The wing is designed to have 2 deg of washout in each wing tip. I never had a problem with slow speed tip stalling.
As cool at it may look, do not cover it in chrome Monokote. It will become invisible in the sky.
