The best solution is to always buy with a credit card. Then claim a refund from the credit card company. They will take the money back from the seller. That is likely to be the only thing the seller listens to.

So, get their attention by calling the credit card company and filing a claim to get your money back. Get right in their wallet. If enough of you guys would do this--it would motivate Raidentech to do a beter job. Strength in numbers.
So now you are recomending that he steals from the company? Or would you like him to first send the plane back? I understand that he has not yet recieved a gear for his plane but now telling him to steal the airplane from them is 10 times worse then what they ever did.
