Although true we are very busy we will return your call right away if you leave a message. We provide tech support also so sometimes are call time is quite long. We did hire 2 more people for customer service.

Input is always good thank you for taking the time.

I am sorry but I disagree. I ordered a product off them two weeks ago, a few days later I checked the order status on their wesite only to find my order was on hold (they had sent no email advising me of this). So I emailed them (as their ' Live Help' line is constantly not manned) asking for confirmation of when they thought the product would be available. No reply, so I emailed again, no reply after two more emails I gave up and asked them to cancel the order but to PLEASE confirm this. Yes you're correct, no reply!!

They are a disreputable company with no concept of customer service and I would advise anyone not to order anything off them.

Sadly there will be people out there who will not see all the similar posts here and fall into the same trap as I did.

Sorry to sound like a broken record, "We get what we pay for."

Buyer beware....
Almost looked to try to find a substitute for the OUT of Stock H9 100"ws cub to fly in the winter...
CMP 120 cub looks promising....almost same specks at half the price....

After reading the experiences from many....I know why it is important to support your LHD....

I purchased 1 knock-off-plane....I don't think I will again....

In the begining, one may look at the large price dif...but in the long run...it is worth it....

I think that hangar 9 and Great planes are good inexspensive ARF's...
They actually support there customers.... I would stick with them...
